Hello everyone-

I've been a lurker in this tribe for quite some time. Reading about everyone's experiences and advice. It's inspiring to see a group of people come together over this topic. I've also been inspired by 3 magnificent women at my work who've completed the cleanse while working full time.

It's now my turn! I've talked and talked alot about doing it. I feel the time is right for me now. Like Tri mentioned in an earlier thread, I have a big family get together on Sunday where my family will basically be shoving amazing chinese food down my mouth...so...I've chosed the evening after this get together to start with the tea, and heading into the cleanse on Monday of next week.

Anyone out there wanna start with me?

Also, I have a question regarding the SWF. I arrive at work at 8am. I'm an early bird as most of my coworkers dont arrive until 9am. I sit fairly close to a bathroom. I'm wondering if it makes sense to do the flush as soon as i get into work. What do you think? Thankfully, I work in a progressive office where people are now accustomed to seeing folks preparing lemonade in the kitchen.
