I don't know what to eat to prepare other than just straight up raw, which should be good. Cleansing for the Equinox is an excellent idea!!

i have just started the master cleanse..am on day five, and plan to go for 12 days, or until monday...in my experience the first 3 days are the hardest, so maybe it would be good to start the cleanse asap, if you want to do it for the equinox, otherwise..maybe just wait until you are feeling more prepared..a new or full moon would be as good as an equinox. also i have found that the best time to do the cleanse is spring/early summer, when the body is already going into a natural detox mode after the winter, i would think that doing the mc during fall/winter would be counter-intuitive to the body's natural flow of storing and conserving energy for the winter..good luck, mostly determination, proper elimination, and a positive outlook are all you need..
