What kind of water do I need to use?
Reverse osmosis, distilled, or filtered?
What is the importance of using the specific water?

    Page 17 of the books states to use Spring or Purified water. Distilled water isn't recommended, but it doesn't say otherwise that it's not allowed. Here's a great thread on curezone to better answer your question:
