Hey out there -
Well I am on Day 4 of my second cleanse. I'm in a flow and I really like it.
I feel great. I get a bit weak sometimes but having a sip of the lemonade usually perks me right up. I have alot of energy throughout the day that its pretty surprising. I love not having to rely on coffee to perk me up in the morning. I am cycling my normal commute on the cleanse (about 10 miles roundtrip here in SF) and have not felt weak, nervous, low energy, etc at all.
Yesterday was definitely a difficult day. It was my first Monday at work on the cleanse so I was adjusting to being around my coworkers and the staff kitchen full of goodies. Most everyone here has heard of the Master Cleanse and are extremely supportive. Quite a few have done it before too so it's very nice to have encouragement and curiosity and not "oh my gawd you're doing what?!"
My eliminations have been sporadic. I noticed yesterday that I didn't really release anything except for after my SWF. And it was a difficult day because my stomach was churning. It wasn't hunger pangs, it was more like i could feel stuff churning down there, probably pretty toxic churning. Anyway, I got home and watched the Daily Show on my DVR and chilled for a second, tummy still churning. And all of a sudden I had the urge to go. And I released and it was the best sensation! After that, I felt lighter and alert and I was super giddy and happy. Pretty sure that was the reason why I was in a foul mood up until that point.
Anyway, just wanted to share my experience. I only made it to Day 3 on my first cleanse so I've already passed a milestone. I have my mind set on 10 days...and if my tongue is still coated as badly as it is now, then I will meditate on going longer.
xo,
Matty
